If you do NOT receive your confirmation email...
If for some reason the Confirmation Email for your order DOESN'T show up in your email inbox right away, don't worry...we'll get you taken care of!
Here's what we need to do:
1. First, check your email's "junk" folder to see if for some reason the confirmation email request was sent there. This happens sometimes. If it is there, just click on the link in that email.
2. Second, please note that while emails usually come within 30-60 minutes, they can take up to 24 hours with some email systems.
3. If you still can't find the confirmation email within 24 hours, please re-enter your information onto this "thank you" page to try to get the email again. I suggest you simply keep this page open until the email shows up.
4. And last...your email service should have a way that you can mark our emails as "friendly" or "white listed". Please make sure that the email address "partick@empowerednutrition.com" is added to your "white list" or make me one of your "contacts" in your system so it will allow my emails to come through.
