OK so when you think about nutrition do you think muscle building or fat loss?

August is Awesome Muscle Month

The answer is BOTH because Nutrition is the key link to BOTH Muscle Building and Fat Loss.

Wihtout empowered nutrition, you won’t accomplish any of your goals.  You won’t burn fat and you won’t build muscle.

You certainly won’t be able to build it up and cut it off and show that lean sexy body you’be been working so hard for.

So to help you I want to remind you to cycle your training and your nutrition for the Ultimate Transformation.  You will want to build muscle as much as you can, as fast as you can and as effectively as you can.  You will also want to cut the fat as fast and efficiently as you possibly can.

That is why I am going to stick to a theme for you and keep reminding you that August is Awesome Muscle Month.

Need I remind you that Muscle Building is for BOTH Men and Women.  Come on guys, don’t be so ego-typical and think I was writing this just for you.  yeah right a whole month dedicated to guys… might was well call this Alpha Male Fitness

Ladies… STOP.  Stop that little voice in your head.  Stop it from saying “but I don’t want to look like a guy… I don’t want to be She-HULK”. Trust me even if you were loaded to the gills with pharmaceuticals you still won’t start to look like a guy.  Perhaps like a very muscular fish consider you grew gills… sorry pharmacopia humor.  

Muscle building is for both Guys and Gals and if you thought differently, then you are missing out on incredible results.  Not only that you are missing out on fast tracking your results and having that dream body faster than you planned.

So train hard, train smart and enjoy this months August is Awesome Muscle Month features I got lined up for you.
