Dear Patrick,


I had written my whine shortly before bed and realized as I was driving to work that like the Ruby slippers you already gave me the tool and of course you are correct there is nothing in the 1505 calorie that is difficult to do if I meet you most of the way (I weigh 172 and am about 20% body fat) small to medium build with the majority of my weight in my belly.


I had a bad day at work listening to people complain to me- I work in a welfare office and as a supervisor have to appease both workers and clients.


I will do my best to follow you and prove you right. Thank you for your time and patience.

My measurements on May 8th and July 30 2009:

Neck before 47,5 cm – now 45 cm
Biceps before 43,5 cm – now 40.5 cm
Chest before 130 cm – now 118 cm
Waist before 138 cm – now 126 cm
Thigh before 60 cm – now 57 cm
Hips before 133 cm – now 118 cm
Blood Pressure before 195/145 - now 108/70 !! :-)
Weight before 131,6 kg (297lbs) - now 123 kg (271 lbs) (weightloss during the competition 8,6 kg (18,95 lbs)

Hi Patrick,

I had one doubt regarding the meal timings. I work 9 to 6 sometimes till 7 PM. When i reach home it almost 9. Is it ok to have dinner after 9.

By the way i have lost 1 inch from my waist and 6 pounds of weight in one month. :)
