Here’s the deal…
In keeping with the spirit of the season, Nick Nilsson has decided to post two more sample chest exercises from his new book “The Best Chest Exercises You’ve Never Heard Of.”
The first is the Power Rack Weighted Push-Up and believe me, if you’ve ever found push-ups to not provide you with enough resistance for muscle and strength-building, THIS is going to change that big-time. It’s basically a way to add direct resistance (as much or as little as you want) to the push-up without having to have a partner sit on your back to do it.
Check that one out here: Power Rack Weight Push-Up
The other one he’s got for you is actually a training technique…it’s TOUGH but VERY effective…
This technique, that he calls “ratcheting”, is a way to squeeze a rep or two more out of a set without a spotter – because Nick trains alone, he had to come up with something to really maximize the productive last few reps of his sets without any assistance and this was the result! This technique will allow you to get at least one and sometimes two more productive reps at the end of a heavy set.

It’s over at midnight CST tonight. Sorry I should have posted it sooner. I think this book is fantastic to refer to when in a chest pumping slump.
Have a read through these and remember, give them a try before midnight on Friday, if you can, because THAT is when the price of Nick’s new book “The Best Chest Exercises” is going up from $29.95 to $49.95.
P.S. If you didn’t already know, check out our latest Press Release – There’s a special something on the inside for you. Read the Press Release
P.P.S. I will post my interview with Nick over the weekend, its a great audio I think you are going to love.
