    Complete, cover everything one can think of !

    But still, I have a stupid question, Why is there a page 3 ?

    Isn’t it the same as page 2 ! !

    Other then that, it’s a quite complete & interesting F.REE WorkOUT Journal…

    • Totally cool question. Page 1 is a cover. Page 2 has some fields marked in. Page 3 is totally blank, so you can print and re-use it without my examples marked in.
