Hi Patrick…I’m not sure if this would be the right place to ask but I;m here now. I finally got home and have a chance to go over the menu you provided me. On my profile for the menu I said that I was 171lbs with a 13% bf ratio. My goal is 180lbs with 8%bf. Workouts are like kick boxing intensity 1 hour +- per session. High reps bodyweight excersises. What you provided me was a diet that consists of just over 1800 cals. per day …is this correct. I am not fat and don’t want to lose weight, if you know what I mean. Tom, I get where you are coming from. But you contradict yourself. I say that to be honest not a jerk. Intelligent arguments and opinions are the best, but we need to be on the same playing field on this one.
You state you do NOT want to lose weight.
You state you want to go from 13% body fat to 8% bodyfat while gaining muscle.
On your order the primary goal selected was “lose body fat”.
1800 calories refers to the “Primary Macro Nutrients” as stated in your cover letter. What this means is you are consuming approximately 20-30% more total calories in the program. That said you are consuming 2100 cals to 2340 cals on random days. We’ve done all that fluctuating math for you so you don’t have to.
Tom, start the program, tell me if you are able to eat all the food each day. Then in a week report back to me with measurements, weights and bodyfat levels. Then I can help you tailor it if needed, but I already know that you will be surprised ripped and muscular in a few weeks.

I’m trying to lose 15 pounds and don’t know any ratio’s on my body fat percentage and all that. But i weigh 148 pounds and i’m 5′ 8″. I’m not fat but would love to have a really tight stomach, more strenght, and slim my legs and thighs down. If you could suggest exercises, how much food i should eat a day,and how much cardio i should be doing that would be so so helpful! Thank you in advance
To expand on that i have a meal plan but i don’t know how effective it is:
breakfast
In the morning i have shreddies with strawberries in it and 1% milk.
snack
non fat yogurt and carrots
lunch
sandwich on whole wheat bread and a bit of mustard, wheat crackers with white cheese, and a fruit bar that’s only 50 calories

chicken breast with a salad that has tomotoes and cucumbers and brown rice
That’s my meal plan and for exercise i run 15 minutes, then i do side planks, front planks, bicept curls, squats, lunges, i use the weight bench, but even with this i still need suggestions. I’m not good with knowing what to eat and what kind of working out i should be doing.

I have been taking the first week studying my program before I actually start full force, and have a few questions. So here they are:
1: There are some days that I eat my last snack at 10:00 a.m., and then don’t eat again until 9:00 p.m.. I don’t go to sleep until 2:00 p.m. +/-. Am I supposed to go that long without eating?
2: How do I eat on my transition days, ( going from my working days to my days off), I am awake from 9:00p.m., until 8 – 9:00 the following evening, so that would be 24 hours! Do I just eat non stop for that period?
3: Are all veggies basically “freebies”, with the exception of corn, carrots, & peas? Do I need to measure them or just wing it on most of them?
4: What types of cold cereal are you talking about on those mornings?
5: Most of my breakfast days call for some type of cooked breakfast, namely, eggs w/ veggies. Five of those mornings I am working and can’t cook my breakfast. Help?
6: I like to eat quinoa. How do I substitute it for breakfast, or say for the rice?
7: Can I add different flavored extracts to my plain yogurt and oatmeal? I don’t like the taste of plain. And also, can I use Stevia for my sweetener in the yogurt?

Robin, I have a few questions to better help you.
1. When you ordered your Personalized Nutrition Program did you incorrectly by accident have your workout times wrong? We never ask anyone to eat a last snack at 10am and nothing until 9pm, unless they are shift workouts who wake up at 8 or 9pm.
2. Eating on Transition days is fairly easy. Eat your last meal as you go to bed. Don’t eat when you sleep. Eat your first meal within 30 minutes of waking. Then follow a 3-4 hour feeding schedule.
3. Veggies are NOT freebies. The only freebies are water and dry herb and spices. Veggies are carbs. ONLY swap Carbs (C) for other carbs. Follow your measurement instructions we are very detailed in that respect.
4. Dry cold grain based cereals
5. You can swap any breakfast with any other breakfast, so use your preferred favorite.
6. Quinoa is exactly the same measurements as rice, but comes with added protein and nutrients. Straight exchange.
7. natural non caloric extracts and herbs are acceptable to add to any dish
Sorry I was travelling for business a lot last week and had limited internet and responding becomes a risk when things cut out or you get half the message.

Hello, I got the subscription for the meal plan to lose fat, but i just have one big question, I work out 6 days a week, 4 days I lift and do some cardio and 2 days I just do cardio, so my question is, I eat pre and post workout meals which is a protein shake and a banana for pre and a protein shake post work out is about same calories as one of my snacks do that means that i have to cut one of my snacks to keep the same amount of calories that i have to consume during the day?
I suggest making one bigger shake and simply using that split over the PRE and POST workout. I suggest going about it as you are, but if nothing changes… well then nothing changes and as Einstein said, “if you want to change something you must change something”.
OK that philosophical rhetoric aside… start doing it your way. Then after 30 days if you are NOT getting noticeable results, then go with the meal plan EXACTLY as outlined for you.
It could be the pre and post workout shake that is keeping you from exposing the ripped six pack abs. I would easily wipe out the PRE workout shake for real results. Those PRE calories are fueling your fat stores whether you realize it or not and you never really reach deep into the energy and fat reserves to get truly ripped, shredded and peeled.

Wanda, I think that you are doing all the right things. Starting with the research and asking questions is the right first step. As for what program is best for you I am assuming you are talking about our Personalized Nutrition Programs. That being said… it depends on your body fat composition more than your target weight loss.
so 20 pounds to lose I can do quickly and effectively. But I can only assume that you would be best suited to start with a Foundation Fat Loss Personalized Nutrition Program then progress beyond that if a leaner body is more desirable. Alternatively you can get the best results with the Ultimate Transformation Personalized Nutrition Program

Today – cut your carbs to less than 10% of your calories… all at breakfast (after a brisk incline walk) and postworkout in the form of dry grains
Today – NO fruit
Today – NO Dairy
7 days out
- Double your water intake from normal
- Practice posing every morning when you wake up and before bed… ***REMEMBER TO SMILE***
- Train as always
6 days out – same as 7 days out
5 days out – same as 6 days out
4 days out – same… NO Training,,, REST DAY, just posing and walking
3 days out – NO Carbs, NO Sodium and a total body depletion workout, 2 posing sessions, 2 walks – half water intake (returning to normal)
2 days out – NO Carbs until after the training session then you can start on the carb loading if you choose, I prefer not to carb load, rather fat loading as there is less chance of spill over of water into skin and creates a harder look to the body, NO Sodium and a total body depletion workout, 2 posing sessions, 2 walks – half water intake (50% of normal)
1 day out (day before contest) – half yesterdays water intake (25% of normal) all before noon. BACK to ZERO Carbs, 2 posing and 2 walk sessions, 1 long focused stretching session… PROTEIN ONLY today if you are fat loading (*highly recommended Fat Loading)… NO Fluids, brush your teeth and spit it out
Contest Day – assuming you are fat loading after carb loading 2 days earlier for 24 hours. Have a good bacon, egg and bacon breakfast. NO CARBS it will help keep you looking dry and hard… carbs can cause you to spill over the water from the muscle to the subcutaneous skin layers, leaving you looking smooth and bloated. NO liquids again today until the event is over. Have a BIG steak for lunch, no carbs, just protein and fat today.

Warm up, casual walk on incline 5-10 minutes.
1 exercise per body part x 3 sets (Heavy, Heavier, Ligther but not light)
1 set heavy 6-10 reps
1 set HEAVY 4-6 reps
1 set medium weight 25-50 reps
Stretch and Cool down
This format truly depletes glycogen stores and dips into fat stores (what’s left) and prepares the body for super compensation and swelling of water and carbs into the muscle cells leaving you full and not smooth, like so many guys end up looking bloated and hiding amazing sinew muscle.

From 7 down to the 4th day out you said DRY grains only post workout. Can this be dry old fashioned oats? Is this correct?
Water intake…I’m drinking 4-5 litres a day right now @ 164lbs. Is this adequate?
3days out ..NO carbs….does this mean not even veggies eg. leafy greens, broccoli, asparigus.
Fat loading…Specifically what kind of fats would this include and how much?
1 day out….Lean Protien only along with fat if fat loading or lean protien ONLY?
Picture day….contest day….Steak for lunch…. Steak only or can it be with a salad and veggies?
Last thing …am I allowed to eat nuts….walnuts, almonds. pumpkin seeds, pecans for the oil and fat or leave it out because of the added carbs?

I am very interested in the Done-For-You Fast Fat Loss special that you are running. However, I do need to ask how can/do I do this with a wife and a 14 year old son? You might be one weight… I am sure your wife is .50 to .70 your weight and size.
That said you would take your recipe and multiply it by 1.60 (mid .50 and .70)
Do the same for your kids and you will all be healthy and lean in a hurry.

a portion is a measurement.
1 P = 7 grams PROTEIN
1 C = 9 grams CARBS
1 F = 3 grams FATS
1 portion is the measurement that allows for the easy swapping of ingredients and meals.
Hey I got your meal program awhile back. I guess you’ve come out with some newer more personalized meal programs. I did it for awhile but life and stress kind of got in the way of keeping up with it. Anyway given what I already have I was looking to shed some belly fat before my Hawaii trip at the end of next month. I was looking at the “Beach Body Ripped” plan and thought it would be more protien and less carbs but there isn’t much difference from the “Fat Loss” plan. Should I go with the “Contest Ripped” plan to drop the fat quicker or what? I’m on a very brutal workout plan right now so I’m set there but was hoping you could point an older customer in the right direction. Any advice would be great, thanks.

Sorry, a cup is NOT a measurement of weight. It can’t be a weight as each item in a cup will be a different weight, its a measurement of volume, not weight.

What product package, what page are you downloading from? This will help me find the problem immediately.
I am a new user and i registered and confirmed.. then looked around the site. The next day i tried to go back on and look and i everytime i click on “click here” for returning visitors it just brings up the same page and it is not letting me log on? what am i doing wrong?

Hi Dora, we are switching to a new server and will be with intermittent error codes. Everything should b e solved this week and be much more effective and faster with next to no interruptions in service for another 3 or 4 years.

I purchased and paid for a digital Foundation Fat Loss Program almost a week ago but have not received any information about how to customize or personalize my program. I have been emailing the email on my Paypal receipt sales @ empowerednutritionsystems.com but my emails keep bouncing back as undeliverable due to lack of storage.
The checkout said after paying I would be redirected to a confirmation and personalization page, but I was not.

it has been 2 weeks since I ordered the deluxe package and still do not have a link to he bodyfat calculator I would like to use this system to the max also it said there was coaching as part of the deluxe package and never got a log in or password please help

the bodyfat/meal plan selector tool is on the download page where you grabbed the books, and downloads. It is a web tool not a download. it won’t work on your computer if you downloaded it.
Hi Patrick – In case you have not checked your email, the link you sent me to go to the customization page said that a login and password was required. I have also forwarded my Paypal receipt with transaction ID detailing my order. I am trying to be very patient, but I ordered my plan 17 days ago now, and still have nothing. It is a shame because this program has come highly recommended, but if I do not receive anything by Friday, I will be filing for a refund through Paypal…I am getting married in just over 2 months and if I cannot get a nutrition plan from your company, I will give my money to another.

I’ve been following your 1750 fast fat loss meal plan and so far so good. However, I noticed that it requires me to eat a lot of cheese. Although, I’m eating low-fat cheese should I be concerned about any health risks associated with consuming so much cheese (i.e. high cholesterol)?

You should be pretty safe, since there are vast amounts of good healthy fats to compensate the bad ones in your mealplan you are safe, unless you have issues with your heart and cholesterol of course.
