Yesterday I had a great day and I wanted to share it with you. WHY? Simply because if I can work 3 sessions a day into my crazy busy routine you can too.
OK granted they were all under an hour and not all three sessions were totally intense. Watch the video then grab the exact workout I did and try it yourself. Its a great long term metabolic simulator (that means long term fat loss my friends).
My Core Cardio Workout 1013
Perform the following without rest and repeat a total of 3 rounds
- Overhead Press Ultimate Sandbag 40lbs
- Right Side Plank
- Left Side Plank
- Farmers Walk (Ultimate Sandbag) Left
- Farmers Walk (Ultimate Sandbag) Right
- Push Ups
- repeat round #2
- repeat round #3
Rest and post this… [OK you don't have to do that last part]
Now off for a 30 minute ride. [you don't have to do that either but I recommend it, it's freeing]
