Do you deliver your products to Australia?

YES we deliver to Australia. Currently we have a person on the ground to run everything in Australia, but she is off on maternity leave, so for now we ship from Canada to the land down under with no added shipping charges. Not sure if we can keep that going much longer as demand is starting to climb for Empowered Nutrition in Oz.
So YES we ship products to Australia… it just takes a bit longer (sometimes, not always).
Just another delivering question. Do you deliver to Europe (Austria)? I have just seen that you deliver to North America.
We do deliver globally on a per order basis as some countries have issues with other countries importing products.
At this point we are still clear to ship almost anywhere in the world as our formulas are clean and registered with the governing bodies in Canada and as you know we are pretty darn strict on the rules here.
So the answer is YES we ship to Austria.

I have a question about your customized meal plan. Last summer I purchased your done-for-you meal plans but had to come off of it for reasons beyond my control. I want to get back on it, but now I see you have these customized meal plans. What advantage is there with the customized plans over the done-for-you meal plans?

Mike the Done-For-You Fat Loss Meal Plans are just that. They are done. They are for you, but they are not Personalized Nutrition Programs.
The Done-For-You Fat Loss Meal Plans work.. they work awesome. BUT they will never work better than a Personalized Nutrition Program. the reason is they are not based on your information, your goals, your schedule and your food selections.
Believe me Personalized Nutrition Programs DO make that much of a difference. But just so you know I am not all about the cash grab, I really want to recommend you get started back with your Done-For-You Fast Fat Loss Meal Plans first, then after a few weeks grab a Personalized Nutrition Program for lifelong results tailored to your information, your goals, your schedule and your food selections.

Some of your recipes have foods that are not available year round. What should I do with those recipes. Watermelon for instance.
substitute them for alternative WET or FRUIT like carbs. I personally like to use frozen mixed berries year round.

Patrick, Is Vital Force Multi made from synthetic vitamins or whole food extracts?
NONE of our products are “synthetic”. Vital Force is not made from whole foods, but natural vitamins and minerals in a powdered, capsule formula for optimal digestion.
To be clear a whole food product would come in the way of a green grass powder blend of sorts.

hi patrick i ordered the Digital Ultimate Personalized Nutrition Program with the intention of gaining mass and none of the days break the 1950 calorie mark. i was wondering if something went wrong when i was going through the customization process or if i have to order an entirely new program.

hey Chris, the listed calories is for the PRIMARY MACRO NUTRIENT calories.
That said think of it this way… cheese is listed as protein. But it has carbs and fats too. It is in fact a pretty good balance and the carbs are lower than in most mixed foods.
So if you do the complete math on ALL your foods you will find you are eating approx. 20-30% more calories.

For instance, can i have the breakfast from one day with a snack from another day, with a lunch from another day? Or do I have to stick to how the meals are put together day by day? It’s just that some meals I care for more than others. Also, what supplements should I be taking? I’ve combined the done-for-you meal plans with Eddie Lomax’s Ultimate Gymless Workout.

I posted a comment the other day, but it seems to have disappeared. But anyways, I have a question about the done-for-you meal plans. Can you mix and match the meals from different days? For instance, can I have a breakfast from one day and a lunch from another day, and have them on the same day? Also, are there any supplements that you recommend?
Mike, you can totally swap meals. Swap any meal of equal size to another anytime. The goal is to make it possible to customize your own meal plan using what you learn here, then go and help others do the same.
As for supplements there are what I like to think of as the 2 keys for general health, then we get into performance products depending on your goals.
The 2 I always works with and take myself are…
1 – Protein Powder
2 – Essential Multi Vitamin and Mineral
Then when it comes to performance, I suggest several different things depending on your goals, but really there are only a few you really could use to accomplish your goals.
To GROW and stay STRONG, try Creatine
To CUT and get LEAN, use a good Burner
There are many more products, but the essentials for your health and goals is all you really need, so save your money and supplement wisely. Let me know your specific request and I will make a more direct recommendation for you.

I am on the done-for-you meal plans, and I am doing great! I’ve lost 15 lbs in 3 weeks! I am, however, missing breakfast on some days due to the fact that I work very early in the morning and it’s hard to get up in time to cook. Are there any quick breakfasts that I can do? Something I can just grab and go?

Mike keep rocking the meal plans, transformations and every ounce of energy you have to accomplish your goals.
I know early morning wake up is tough some days. I recommend a few things when trying to figure out a quick breakfast.
Protein Smoothie > grab one you like and “grow” it to equal portions to your breakfast portions
Find a Favorite > Favorite Breakfast that is. Find a fast easy breakfast like cereal with vanilla protein, milk and nuts mixed in
Mike I think I already answered this, but a Meal Replacement comes in handy from time to time. However I always suggest making your own real foods protein smoothie over a meal replacement.
So, are you abandoning the contest and leave this distorted layout as is?

Sure thing Mike. Just count the carbs against the carbs in your meal plan versus meal replacement shake. Sometimes easiest is best, but the best will always be food.

I wanna lose about 20-30 lbs of fat and turn it into muscle, what would be the best meal plan for me?
Todd, first plan is to cut the fat and build muscle. You won’t flip the two in the form of 20-30 pounds easily or quickly, but your best bet would be to use an Advanced Lean Builder as it will increase fat loss while increasing lean muscle building. Exactly what you are after.
You will lose fat faster than you will increase the lean muscle mass. Cutting 20-30 is more important than growing 20-30 pounds in the initial start. IN the end we can build you back up 20 pounds of muscle, but making it LOOK like you lost 20 pounds and LOOK like you GAINED 20 pounds of muscle is the first task we need to focus on.

No.1, i work irregular shifts i.e night shifts what is the best time for me to eat to maintain my routine of eating at the correct times when on this shift.
No.2, is your meals plans all about weight loss do u have any for building muscle?
No.3, i was looking at your meal plan times now obviously sometimes u cant eat at these times at train at 7.30am everyday does this really matter or can it be varies?

I totally understand the shift work thing. That is why we are pretty much the go to guys for several police, fire, military and others with our Personalized Nutrition Programs.
I know you are looking at a meal plan, but if I can sway you, I will give you a killer deal on a Personalized Nutrition Program because plain and simple that is exactly what you need to make the whole shift work thing work for you.
For shift work the eating rule of thumb is eat when you are awake and do not eat when you sleep. eat every 3 hours and your body will burn calories NOT store them.
I just did a 35 day rotation for a police officer. He has a weird 3 day rotation with mornings (7am-3pm), afternoons (2-11pm) and nights (11pm-7am). He gained 60 pounds in 10 years since he got on the police squad. Eating the wrong things at the wrong times. NOW in 4 days with a Personalized Nutrition Program he has dropped 5 pounds, is eating all the time and sleeping better.
