Shrimp, Spinach and Bacon Dressing Salad For Fat Loss

This Butt Kicking Fat Loss Salad Is Perfect To Support Our September Is Super Fat Loss Month Theme Or Any Time Of The Year.

This Thing Is Pretty Substantial And Slams 3 Different Protein Sources Into One Meal.  Best Part Is When You Are In A Rush You Can Prep It And Hit The Table In 20 Minutes.

What You Will Need:

8 Strips Bacon (Or Turkey Bacon) Cut Into Small Pieces

1 Red Onion, Sliced

1 Cup Sliced Mushrooms

8 Ounces Of Shrimp, Peeled And Deveined, Salt And Pepper To Taste

2 Tbsp Pine Nuts

3 Tbsp Red-Wine Vinegar

1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

Olive Oil (Optional)

6 Oz Baby Spinach

2 Hard Boiled Eggs

How to Make It:

1. Heat a large skillet on medium.  Cook the bacon pieces until they are crispy (5 to 7 minutes).  With a slotted spoon, transfer them onto a paper towel.

2. Add the onion and mushrooms to the hot pan.  Cook them until the onion begins to brown, about 3 minutes.  Season the shrimp with salt and pepper and add them to the pan, along wtih the pine nuts.  When the shrimp are pink and firm (2 to 4 minutes) stir in the vinegar and mustard and season again with salt and pepper.  If the pan looks dry add a splash of olive oil.

3. Divide the spinach and eggs among four plates and top with hot simmering shrimp mixture, some of the dressing from the pan and bacon.

This should make about 4 servings for normal humans looking for fat loss or one of me who loves shrimp, spinach and bacon… mmm bacon.
