Let me start by saying how much I LOVE the Empowered Nutrition Meal Plans! I have been following them at 80% of the time for the past 7+ months and I have lost 18 lbs, nearly 4 inches from my waist and 9.5% bodyfat.

Hi Patrick,

I had one doubt regarding the meal timings. I work 9 to 6 sometimes till 7 PM. When i reach home it almost 9. Is it ok to have dinner after 9.

By the way i have lost 1 inch from my waist and 6 pounds of weight in one month. :)
