Pat,

I couldn't help but take some measurments this morning.  All I can say is I am down about 2" around my BB (bellybutton) area while staying at around the same weight! I love it!  Energy is through the roof and my workouts are great! also down around a half an inch around my chest.

[This was sent to me by Phil, just 10 days into his Ultimate Transformation Coaching and Vacation Rewards Challenge.  Thanks Phil, can't wait to see you after week 12, gonna be amazing. - Patrick.]

I’m doing ok in the fat loss area. Lost 16 pounds so far

- I started combining the Empowered Meal Plans and Turbulence Training: I can clearly see muscles being added.

The mealplans are very easy to follow so the only thing sitting between now and reaching my goals is time.

Regards,

Walter
