The only thing I would have liked to have seen are videos of the workouts, but that would have cost a lot more money. But my disappointment was quickly offset by the fact I now had 21 workouts backed by Turbulence Training, all done for me, and in a well laid out, easy-to-follow manner – plus some pretty cool new bodyweight exercises.
