What to do the day before the big photo shoot

So here’s my favorite day of the pre-contest or pre photo shoot.  What to do?

This answer is a real secret that many athletes, models and the likes don’t adhere to and should.

The secret to the best after photo or looking your best on stage is…

NOTHING!

Don’t do anything.  Well that is a bit mis-leading, but for the most part its true.  Wake up, eat every  hours and do as little as possible.  The only thing I do is some light stretching and posing.  It helps limber you up, clear any lactic acid from yesterday and amazingly enough just throwing in a few poses will be more than enough of a pump to blow your mind and split your skin.  Ladies, I am clearly talking to the guys on that one, but for you, you will feel a light tight sensation all over your body.  Even if you hit the poses hard, you won’t look like a guy or split the skin, I just get a little excited when I remember how it felt.

Just to give you an idea of how this can work, here’s a photo shoot I had during an “off season” with only 3 days notice.  I mean really 3 days, you can’t do that to a guy in the middle of his bulking season.  Oh well I applied the last 3 days tricks, doubled my water for a day, cut it in half, and half again and somehow still made the cover, heck they used the pictures from that photo shoot for a few years in a row.  That was cool.

OK back from my tangent. I want you to rest as much as possible today.  Just eat and enjoy to process.  Have a shower in the morning and add another layer of color.

Hi Patrick,

I had one doubt regarding the meal timings. I work 9 to 6 sometimes till 7 PM. When i reach home it almost 9. Is it ok to have dinner after 9.

By the way i have lost 1 inch from my waist and 6 pounds of weight in one month. :)

Just thought you'd like to know this.

Dave (my husband) and I are boating today and I asked him to put lotion on my back and he said. “Boy, you really have lost weight.”
