What type of transformation body do you want?

Ok so here is a simple question for you.

I often times get the age old debate form guys about power versus strength.  I also get the bigger versus leaner debate too.

Girls tend to lean towards discussing fat or hot body parts.  Most women I work with also like to debate varying levels of a sexy waist line and appearance.  The big issues I get with my female clients is the overly aggressive positioning about what is too hard or too soft a look for a healthy girl.

In fact most women get way more intense about body image then the men ever do.  Just trust me, the safest move is to stand quietly, nod your head in acceptance and ask a lot of questions and let them tell me what the right answer is.

Ok so this leads me to start a debate right here online and ask you to tell me what the right body is to Crown the Transformation Challenge Winners after December 14th 2009 when the contest closes.

Guys, do you want to see a ripped, overly muscular behemoth body builder or a more of a fitness cover model body.  More so, which one do you want, which one are you going to have after this challenge?

Girls more of the same, what type of male would you want to award as the champion and knight in shining armor?  The big and shredded man or the fitness cover model?

Max n Lacie Beach fun 2 webNow let’s flip this conversation.

Girls, do you want a leaner more appealing body on your women’s champion or do you want a harder, six pack abs popping champion?

Guys, who would catch your eye first and entice you to chat her up, the harder looking girl with a sweet spot of six pack abs or a trim and lean fitness model like girl?

This is an age old debate and will go on well past all of us, but I want to know your desires for your transformation and what you would like to see as a standard set for all Empowered Transformation Champions.

If you haven’t joined the Empowered Nutrition Transformation it’s not too late, you still have just over 8 weeks to go.  Amazing things can happen in 8 weeks, economies can blow up, businesses can boom and bodies can be transformed.

Join the Challenge and Win!  It’s FREE and we are giving away over $3000 in Cash and Prizes just in time for Christmas.

Now let me hear it loud and clear, tell me what body you want for your Empowered Nutrition Transformation Champion, or just check out what other people are saying, post a comment or a roast below.

For the guys I like beautiful big arms, a six pack, broad back and nicely sculpted legs. I guess the whole package. Not too big but nicely defined. For the ladies and myself I like the fitness model look and strive to get their someday soon.

I would like to be able to look like a sport fitness model one day, but a true transformation body (one to be crowned) is one coming from hardships, disciple, and one you can truely see that the person has made a difference in his / her life.

I think you are 100% right. Looking like a fitness model is a great goal, but as far as winners of a transformation contest goes, we should see the success and the challenges overcome, not just the “hottie” contest winners. We will be sure to award a reality winner, not someone that just looks great. Thanks Jacqueline.

Great comments. Lianne I completely agree. Big arms and a
Six pack rock for guys. The ladies hitting a more fitness model works for me too.

Jacquiline. U are right too. A transformation should epitomize exactly that and clearly show the hard work and perserverance.

Great comments ladies. I look forward to seeing your transformation success stories.

Just thought you'd like to know this.

Dave (my husband) and I are boating today and I asked him to put lotion on my back and he said. “Boy, you really have lost weight.”

I feel good, never bloated and I feel it really has to do with your weight loss pills [Slim Appeal Weight Loss Formula for Women].

I have been watching my diet and exercising so I think this is good.

Lbs. wise, I am up and down a couple of lbs every day so I really do not get on the scales too often but I can feel it!

Thanks.
