      Sure I can help. Most of the time it comes down to just how “vegan” or “vegetarian” someone is. Nutrition can be simple if you want it to be.

      Step One: Journal what you eat
      Step Two: Decipher if you eat too much or too little
      Step Three: Review the ratios of Macronutrients and Adjust
      Step Four: restrict your caloric intake and make a 7 day 5 meal plan
      Step Five: [my favorite] Eat, stick to the plan and journal everything you do

      Weigh yourself only once a week, same time, place, clothes, etc…

      Vegan is the hardest, it takes solid effort and a structured plan to make it happen. My highest recommendation is a Personalized Nutrition Program, not Meal Plans as most need too much modification to accomplish your goals.

    Musclebuilding gift or fatloss gift. This is actually where I could use some help. What is the best approach? To build or loose first. I am confused about this very choice. I purchased the fat loss meals but still struggle a lot in the first phase and would like to have advice on that as well but not sure where to get in touch with you.

      Debi, the number one goal is to always keep or even add muscle while losing fat. So the main focus in my opinion for 90% of the fitness people is Fat Loss, so tehy can show off and share the hard work they put in.

      However that said I need to know about you, where you are at, body comp, etc… to really help you. I would say fat loss first, then muscle building, unless you are very, very lean, skinny and under muscled.

      This is the BEST place to get in touch with me. Comment and let me coach you. Some is free, but some trade secrets I have to keep secret or charge for. Of course I don’t mind coaching you, but not everything will be free. Just being honest, since I give more than I ever charge for.
